Grilled Cheese Easter Eggs

A great way to use up all those hard-boiled Easter eggs.
Hard-boiled eggs,
peeled
Cheddar cheese, or
cheese of choice, finely grated
Bread crumbs
Salt and pepper
Parsley, finely
minced
- Slice hard-boiled eggs in
half lengthwise (as you would for deviled eggs). Place halves in muffin tin to keep
stable.
- Sprinkle each egg with
cheese and top with breadcrumbs.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake at 350ยบ until cheese
melts, or melt under hot broiler. Garnish with minced parsley.
